We are set to provide an outreach ministry to the truckers and travelers on I-40 at the rest area east of Moriarty, mile marker 207, westbound lane. It is 51 miles from NLC.  

Our outreach team will show the love of Jesus to Memorial Day Holiday motorists from 10 am until 3 pm.  We will provide coffee, water and lemonade to give away to people that stop to talk to us, giving an opportunity for them to experience Jesus and allow Him to meet their needs.

The NLC church community can donate individually wrapped snacks, and other items, such as over the counter pain meds, eye drops, packets of tissues or wet wipes, reading materials and activities for children to be offered to the travelers on an as-needed basis. Bring your donations to the church by Sunday, May 28. Wear layers of clothing, a hat, comfortable shoes and bring your own water and lunch.
